Refund policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.
You’ll also need your order confirmation or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will arrange a collection from your location and provide all necessary details by email.
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

DAMAGES & ISSUES 

We take great care in preparing your order.
Please inspect your items upon arrival and contact us immediately if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate and resolve the issue promptly.

EXCHANGES  

If your order arrives correctly and in perfect condition, we’re unable to offer an exchange simply for a change of mind, as our items are specially curated for you.

However, if an issue arises due to an error on our part, we will gladly assist you.
The quickest way to get the correct item is to return the original, and once approved, place a new order.

Please note that the item’s value is non-refundable.
